The weather forecast had predicted a very rainy day, so I got up a bit later and went for a run. I ended up doing a full ten miles 16km run. However, the weather seemed OK in the afternoon and I went for a quick MTB ride
It had been since winter times with snow tires since I set out on this MTB
Dressed very relaxed and only 30 km planned. I could still feel that run in my legs...
I set up my GPS for offroad and I went to Lesopark Letnany
This place seemed so different from winter
It was a short ride so I had no stress
A vivid sign of spring
Cycling trails led me to Kbely and Satalice, areas which I had been exploring after work some time ago. Again several weeks have passed since.
Skies started getting a bit darker
A muddy road to Cerny Most
Cerny Most shopping center. I have been here once with Bert for a movie
Then I was sent to Klanovice
Like last year, yellow plants started crowding the fields
Then I was sent through another section of offroad and that was a big mistake
It became very muddy
It was just a swamp out here, I could not cycle. I gave up on those extra 3 km here and headed back
It made my bike and me very filthy.
Then it started raining again and I got wet
So I just went home via Radonice, making it 30 km in total
I have witnessed two springs in Prague, both of them very capricious
I ran 16 km and cycled 30 km. Is not very bad...
